Jamii Asset Finance Land Loan
This loan is given to any member of the Jamii Sacco who meets the requirements. All asset finance/development loans are secured by a developed property, and the property must have insurance coverage for the loan term.
Loan Features & Requirements
- Granted 5 times the member asset savings.
- Maximum repayment period is 120 months.
- Interest rate of 13% per annum.
- Maximum loan amount of Kshs. 10M for commercial land.
- Maximum loan amount of Kshs. 6M for agricultural land.
- Loan processing fee is 2%.
